Memphis DJ Jim Stacy the Good Times DJ, company policy on reserving dates.
1. Most important of all you must be 21 years of age to enter into an agreement.
2. DJ Jim Stacy the Good Times DJ will hold a date for 7 days* from the date of contract or invoice sent to a potential client.
3. On the eighth day the date becomes open and available to any new potential clients.
4. After the eighth day we will assume that the client is no longer interested in our services.
5. In the event that one or more clients are interested in same date, at the same time we will advise each party of such interest at time of contact. This is uncommon but may happen on special holidays and peak times of the year if one or more clients are interested in same date; first down payment received reserves the date.
6. It is the responsibility of the client to follow through by sending a down payment to protect date.
7. Payment of balance must be made 14 business days prior to event date, excluding other agreed upon arrangements.
8. Cancellation by the customer shall be in writing and delivered to the contractor before 45 calendar days prior to the event date, in which case a full refund, if any due will be expedited less any expenses incurred. Online payments our bound by our policies and constitute as a binding agreement between both parties.
9. Outside events must have DJ and equipment completely protected from direct sunlight and rain.
10. DJ Jim Stacy the Good Times DJ is under no obligation to book events from instant price quote. Packages, Options and Specials subject to change at anytime without notice.
DJ Jim Stacy the Good Times DJ reserves all rights to change any and all terms of policies.
