DJ Jim Stacy, company policy on reserving dates.

1. Most important of all you must be 21 years of age to enter into an agreement.

2. All dates are available until contract or invoice has been requested. No date will be held with out a contract or invoice.

3. DJ Jim Stacy will hold a date for 10 days* from the date of contract or invoice sent to a potential client.

4. On the eleventh day the date becomes open and available to any new potential clients.

5. It is the responsibility of the client to follow through by sending a down payment to protect date.

6. In the event that one or more clients are interested in same date, at the same time I will do my best to advise each party of such interest at time of contact. (no guarantee) This is uncommon but may happen on special holidays and peak times of the year if one or more clients are interested in same date; first down payment received reserves the date.

7. Payment of balance must be made 14 business days prior to event date, excluding other agreed upon arrangements.

8. Cancellation by the client shall be in writing and delivered to the contractor before 45 calendar days prior to the event date, in which case a full refund, if any due will be expedited less any expenses incurred. Online payments are bound by our policies and constitute as a binding agreement between both parties.

9. If the client, for any reason, is delinquent on payment, the unpaid balance will be subject to a 10% financing charge and $25.00 late fee.

10. Outside events must have DJ and equipment completely protected from direct sunlight and rain.

11. Online Quotes and Inquiries received are valid for 10 days from time of submission. Exception; unless we have connected by phone or email in response to your inquiry.

12. DJ Jim Stacy is under no obligation to book events from instant price quote. Packages, Options and Specials subject to change at anytime without notice.

DJ Jim Stacy reserves all rights to change any and all terms of policies.

PREMIUM DATES are peak time of the year April, May, June, July, August, September, October and December.
