DJ Company Policy on reserving dates.

1. Most important of all you must be 21 years of age to enter into an agreement.

2. All dates are available until service agreement or invoice and down payment has been received. No date will be held with out a down payment, excluding other agreed upon arrangements.

"It is the responsibility of the client to follow through with down payment to protect date."

3. Down Payment is an agreement for services and balance must be paid 14 business days prior to event date, excluding other agreed upon arrangements.

4. Date availability in the event that one or more clients are interested in same date, at the same time DJ Jim will do his best to advise each party of such interest at time of contact. (no guarantee)

This is uncommon but may happen on special holidays and peak times of the year if one or more clients are interested in same date; first down payment received reserves the date.

5. Event planning area This service is "NOT AVAILABLE" for clients that book 21 days or less prior to event date, other arrangements will be made to coordinate your event activities.

6. Cancellation by the client shall be in writing and delivered to DJ Jim Stacy before 45 calendar days prior to the event date. If such notification is not given, the DJ will assess the full service fee.

7. Cancellation for Active Military "Notice of Cancellation for active military clients" If the event is required to be rescheduled due to the unavailability for military orders, the down payment will be applied to a rescheduled date. The balance of payment is due 14 business days prior to rescheduled date. Excluding other agreed upon arrangements.

8. Outside events must have DJ and equipment completely protected from direct sunlight and rain. (if not services can not and will not be rendered)

9. Online Quotes are Approximate DJ Jim Stacy is under no obligation to book events from instant price quote. Specials subject to change at anytime without notice.

DJ Jim Stacy reserves all rights to change any and all terms of policies.

PRIME DATES are peak time of the year April, May, June, July, August, September, October and December.
